We’ve reached the final of the Northern Powerhouse Export Awards

The teams here at the distillery and at our sister company, Wold Top Brewery are celebrating after reaching the final of a regional award that champions exporters.

We’re delighted to have reached the final of the Micro Exporter category and Wold Top has been shortlisted for the Small Exporter award too!

Organised by UMi, in association with Department for Business and Trade, the Northern Powerhouse Export Awards aim to accelerate and inspire businesses of all shapes and sizes to do more and go further on their exporting journeys.

The winners will be announced on 28th June at Middlesborough Town Hall. Speaking ahead of the event, UMi CEO, Nicki Clark, said: “We’ve been delighted with the level and quality of the entries which just shows how much export growth potential there is across the North of England.”
