Collecting Your Order
Thank you for your recent order, to collect in store please ensure you have your order reference and booking confirmation email with you.
- When can I collect my order?
- You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to collect from the distillery.
- What do I need with me to collect my order?
- You will require your order reference number (WEB0000) found on your booking confirmation email. You must bring this with you either in printed form or on your smartphone.
- Can someone collect my order for me?
- Yes, they will need your order reference number found on the confirmation email along with their ID as they will be required to provide name and contact information upon collection. Please ensure they have your order reference number prior to collection.
- I am unable to collect my order now, can I have it posted instead?
- Yes, please call our distillery team on 01723 891758 and we can amend your order and take payment over the phone for the delivery.
