Field to Bottle
You’ll find the same care that goes into our whisky also goes into brewing a great cup of coffee at the Pot Still Coffee Shop. Homemade by the team using ingredients sourced from local producers and suppliers, we find real joy in baking outstanding cakes and delicious lunches.
Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why 'of Yorkshire'? Because it's created by us from field to bottle, here on the coast.
Now for something a little different. Introducing Spirit of Yorkshire Cream Liqueur. Made using the richest dairy cream possible for exceptional quality and flavour.
What came first
Before we had whisky, we had Maturing Malt. Our Distillery Projects range was all about exploring and celebrating how our spirit was maturing in the warehouse, in that tricky mid point between distillation and release. Distillery Projects 001-004 looked closely at cask marrying, whereas Distillery Projects 005 & 006 were single cask releases. These have not been available to buy from the distillery since 2019.
