The distillery open day is located at Unit 1, Hunmanby Industrial Estate, Hunmanby, YO14 0PH. The event will start at 10am and finish at 7pm. Your ticket enables you access to the event for the whole day.  There will be tastings, tours & competitions running throughout the course of the day with a variety of food and drink available, and live music in the evening. 

ENTRY TO THE EVENT: Please have with you your order reference number (WEB1001 for example) which you will find at the top of your order confirmation email. Upon arrival at the distillery you will be asked for this number and all adult tickets will be given a wristband, a programme, a nosing glass and a beer token to redeem from our bar. We operate a Challenge 25 policy at the distillery so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, you may be asked for ID. Under 18s tickets will receive a wristband and a soft drink token to redeem from our bar. Children under the age of 6 qualify for free entry but cannot participate in a distillery tour. 

PARKING AT THE EVENT: Parking on the day is free, Cirrus Research (company next door) have kindly invited us to use their car park which accommodates up to 50 cars. Disabled parking is available but is limited. On street parking down the industrial estate is also available free of charge. For information on reaching us by public transport please click here.


 If you have purchased items from our online shop including merchandise or whisky, we will send you another email when your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries relating to your order please refer to our delivery & returns policy by clicking here.

If you have purchased a gift voucher you will receive this in a separate email within 48 hours of the purchase date. The voucher is sent in the form of an E-voucher which you can print off and give to the recipient or forward on to them. 


We recommend that you arrive at the distillery 15 minutes before your allocated time slot and proceed to the front desk. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy so if you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25 please ensure you have photographic ID present as you may be asked for proof of age.

There are parts of the distillery with mezzanine flooring which are unsuitable for high heeled shoes therefore we would advise you wear/bring suitable footwear for the tour. If you have any mobility issues or struggle to stand for a period of time, please contact the distillery team prior to your visit, so we can advise you further about the tour.

Please note, we do not post out physical tour tickets. The order reference on your booking confirmation email will act as your tickets so please bring this with you, or make a note of your order reference code. 


Please arrive at the distillery 10-15 minutes prior to the event starting so that we can account for you and find your seats. If you have booked tickets for an event which includes food, please contact us if you have any dietary requirements that we should be aware of, prior to the event. 

Again, for events at the distillery we do not post out physical tickets. The order reference on your booking confirmation email will act as your tickets so please bring this with you, or make a note of your order reference code.
