Living: Meet the Team – Diane

You’ll recognise Diane as the cake lady behind the counter at the Pot Still Coffee Shop. Diane’s been with us since November 2018.

Q: What’s your favourite part of your role at the distillery?
A: My favourite part of my job is making cakes & seeing them disappear! Hopefully to customers & not just to staff!

Q: Name your top 3 favourite Spirit of Yorkshire releases?
A: Moscatel Finish, Yorkshire Day and Second Release

Q: Your favourite whisky, excluding Filey Bay?
A: Jura

Q: If you could enjoy a dram with someone famous, who would it be and why?
A: John Barrowman! He’s just funny and highly entertaining

Q: Pick your favourite meal or piece of music to go with your favourite dram
A: Dark chocolate!
