Come and join our co-founder and MD David Thompson as he talks with Billy Abbot and a number of other English Distilleries about the fields and grain of England and English Whisky, and why they’re the crucial starting point for great whisky.
Over the class, they’ll be chatting all about our unique field to bottle approach, from worms and soil, to the importance of merging traditional practises with new technology and thinking, always with the goal of making outstandingly delicious single malt whisky.
It’s going to be a fascinating hour of conversation and deliberation – with some great whiskies to try too.
